Dan Campbell Junior Golf Academy Program Overview
The Dan Campbell Junior Golf Academy features 3 levels of programming that will suit any level of player. Based on age, maturity, experience, goals and skill the instructors at the DCJGA will place students accordingly.
Junior Elite Program (JEP)
The Junior Elite Program (JEP) is a year-round comprehensive training program geared around the highly motivated and focused junior golfer who aspires to play at the collegiate level. Members of the JEP train at the Academy on average three times per week and over 200 hours per year. In order to be considered for the JEP, a student must be between the ages of 8 and 18, and committed to playing in tournaments.
Junior Elite Preparation Program (PREP)
The Junior Elite Preparation Program (PREP) is a year-round comprehensive training program that offers opportunity to our widest range of students. High School aged students are provided a place to grow their skill and love for their game even if college golf is not the goal. However, some of our PREP students are also competing on a local level. They are driven to move into the JEP as they physically mature and their skill advances. Members of the PREP train at the Academy on average twice per week and over 150 hours per year.
Future Elite Program (FEP)
The Future Elite Program (FEP) is a year-round comprehensive training program that is designed for young junior golfers who are capable of playing in tournaments and getting ready to move into the PREP. Members of the FEP are between the ages of 6 and 12 and as their skill and interest grows, they naturally progress into the PREP. The FEP meets on average 6 hours per month, and over 70 hours per year.
Future Elite Program 2 (FEP)
The Future Elite Program 2.0 (FEP) is a training program that is designed for young junior golfers who are taking up the sport and developing their love for the game. Members of the FEP are between the ages of 6 and 12 and as their skill and interest grows, they naturally progress into the FEP 1 program or directly into the PREP. The FEP 2 meets on average 3 hours per month,.
