Jennifer Griffin is the owner of Hands to Knead Massage Therapy in Cave Creek, AZ. Jennifer has 17 years of experience in massage and bodywork. She worked at several spas before moving to Arizona in 2002 where she continued her training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. She focused her training on treating chronic pain, and injuries to the lower back, sciatic pain, tmj dysfunction, osteoarthritis, rotator cuff injuries, fibromyalgia and much more.
Jennifer has developed a diverse technique that is a combination of all of her massage and bodywork training. Some of the modalities that she uses are Swedish massage, myotherapy, trigger point therapy, sports massage, golf specific stretching, Thai massage, hot stone therapy, Reflexology, and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
Her clientele comes from all walks of life, from retirees to professional athletes. Many of Jennifer’s clients are golfers that she has met while working at golf clubs in Scottsdale and Cave Creek, including Whisper Rock Golf Club where she is currently the director of massage.
